Durante la sesta edizione di Umex e SimTex 2024, la controllata Eneron di Kintsugi, con sede negli Emirati Arabi Uniti, ha svelato il suo prototipo Magnus, un veicolo multiuso tattico progettato per affrontare gli ambienti più ostili.
Progetto sostenibile con cuore emiratino e Intelligenza Artificiale
Il veicolo, ideato dal noto designer automobilistico Michael Vernon Robinson, presenta un design italiano con un cuore emiratino. Oltre all’estetica, Magnus è dotato di intelligenza artificiale che offre ottimizzazione, sicurezza e avvisi di manutenzione.
Il vicepresidente dei sistemi futuri di Kintsugi, Tareq Albannay, ha dichiarato: “Il veicolo ibrido ha un’autonomia di 800 km, , di cui 200 km in modalità elettrica pura (in silenzio quindi stealth), rappresentando il futuro della mobilità tattica.“
Durabilità e versatilità: Il veicolo multiuso del futuro
La carrozzeria da 4 tonnellate è realizzata con un materiale composito avanzato, garantendo una protezione livello 2 contro proiettili e mine. Le porte apribili a 90 gradi, denominate ‘ampio uscita ed ingresso’ da Eneron, possono fungere anche da scudi protettivi.
Kintsugi pianifica la produzione del veicolo tattico a sei posti negli Emirati Arabi Uniti, con una futura versione civile in programma. Rashed Al Mohtadi, responsabile sviluppo aziendale, ha affermato: “Come azienda tecnologica leader, non ci limitiamo al settore militare. Svilupperemo una versione civile, esponendo un prototipo all’Idex nel 2025.”
Disegnato, ingegnerizzato e costruito in soli tre mesi, un periodo eccezionalmente breve per l’industria automobilistica, sottolinea l’impegno di Eneron per un futuro sostenibile con Magnus. Attualmente, il range di prezzo non è stato ancora comunicato, rimanendo un dettaglio da rivelare.

Sustainable project with an Emirati heart and Artificial Intelligence
The vehicle, created by renowned automotive designer Michael Vernon Robinson, features an Italian design with an Emirati heart. In addition to aesthetics, Magnus is equipped with artificial intelligence that offers optimization, security, and maintenance alerts.
Kintsugi’s vice president of future systems, Tareq Albannay, said: “The hybrid vehicle has a range of 800 km, of which 200 km in pure electric mode (in silence, therefore stealth), representing the future of tactical mobility.”
Durability and versatility: The multi-purpose vehicle of the future
The 4-ton vehicle is made of an advanced composite material, ensuring level 2 protection against bullets and mines. The 90-degree opening doors, called ‘wide exit and entrance’ by Eneron, can also serve as protective shields.
Kintsugi plans to produce the six-seater tactical vehicle in the United Arab Emirates, with a future civilian version planned. Rashed Al Mohtadi, business development manager, said: “As a leading technology company, we are not limited to the military sector. We will develop a civilian version, exhibiting a prototype at IDEX in 2025.”
Designed, engineered, and constructed in just three months, an exceptionally short period for the automotive industry, underlines Eneron’s commitment to a sustainable future with Magnus. Currently, the price range has not yet been communicated, remaining a detail to be revealed.
